LEAVE & WITHDRAWALS

Leave of Absence or Voluntary Withdrawal

• Should you decide to withdraw from the program, please let the Music Student Advisor know of your plans.
• You will remain eligible for the current winter session, but then no further eligibilities are provided.
• If you intend to return after a leave of absence, you must apply for readmission to UBC and contact the Music Student Advisor to confirm whether or not you also need to reaudition and/or reapply to the School of Music.

Involuntary Withdrawal

• Withdrawal for Unsatisfactory Conduct

• Withdrawal due to not meeting Continuation Requirements (near bottom of page)
