Arts Co-op Program

What is co-operative education?
The goal of this program is to move students from educated to employed by helping them integrate multiple full-time, paid 4-month work terms with their university degree program, enhancing their degrees with hands-on work.

  • For full-time 2nd or 3rd year UBC students within a BA, BFA, or B.Mus. degree program.
  • As long as your co-op program shows on your transcript, you will continue to receive any scholarships you have been awarded for your co-op time period.
  • Past employers have included the Whistler Arts Council and the Arts Umbrella.
  • Website: Eligibility requirements; how to apply, FAQ, brochure, and, work/study schedule.
