Early Music Vancouver announces the
Elaine Adair MediŠval Programme Scholarship Fund
Early Music Vancouver is delighted to announce a new Scholarship Fund, which was made possible through the generosity of long-time donor Elaine Adair. This fund was established in recognition of the importance of Early Music Vancouverĺs acclaimed MediŠval Programme (as part of the annual Vancouver Early Music Programme at the University of British Columbia), and the unique opportunities which it continues to create for young professionals and music students to explore early mediŠval repertoires with the musicians of Sequentia.
This MediŠval Programme has, over the past 20 years, had a major impact on the study and performance of mediŠval music across North America; it counts many of todayĺs leading performers in the field among its alumni.
