Mr. Paslawski completed his BMUS in piano performance and composition, and his MA in theory, both at the University of British Columbia. His master’s thesis, under the supervision of Prof. William E. Benjamin, was an extensive study on the tonal properties, intricacies and ambiguities of Bartok’s first Sonata for Violin and Piano.
Mr. Paslawski is currently coordinator of the Aural Skills and Musicianship curriculum at the UBC School of Music.
