All free events at The Recital Hall do not require tickets.
Events at The Roy Barnett Recital Hall with admission charge
All events at The Roy Barnett Recital Hall, Gessler Hall or anywhere else in the UBC Music Building are cash only, as we are unable to accept credit/debit cards.
Wheelchair Access (The Barnett Hall has a capacity for 4 wheelchairs)
Wheelchair reservations must be booked in advance by calling (604) 822-5574.
If you have reserved and are not able to attend, please cancel your reservation by 9:30 am on the day of the performance.
Those with reservations must arrive 15 minutes early to claim their seats. We are not able to seat wheelchairs after this time. Unreserved, or unclaimed wheelchair seats will be made available to other audience members.

For ticketed events, a ticket table will be set up in the foyer one hour prior to the event.

Tickets for all School of Music events at the Chan Centre can be purchased in-person at The Chan Centre box office or at Ticketmaster.

Evening Concerts
Tickets will be issued on the day of the performance only. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Noon Hour Concerts
Free noon hour concerts at the Chan Centre do not require tickets.

Parking
Please note - As a result of changes implemented by UBC Parking, ticket prices for Chan Centre events do not include parking.
Parking for events at the UBC Music Building or Chan Centre is available at either the Rose Garden Parkade for the Fraser River Parkade.
There is also meter parking (maximum two hours) at the foot of the stairs to the West side of the Music Building.
Event parking at the Rose Garden Parkade is now $10 upon entrance.
Evening and weekend rate is $6 at all other nearby UBC parkades.
